Heimtextil is the biggest fair on domestic textiles in the world. Every year, buyers and producers gather here to spot trends and purchase new fabric innovations.
For the fair Studio Harm Rensink designed an enormous theme park. The ‘Heimtextil Theme Park’ was a melting pot on the latest trends in the field of home textiles. The design was based on the different markets in which textiles are applied, for example: Home, Hospitality and Retail to name a few. "Experience" was the main focus point to engage the visitors, by addressing their senses to feel, hear, see, smell and taste textile.
Also, a trend selection of 1600 exhibitor fabrics was realised and brought together in a material library to create a clear overview for the buyers and the designers, making it a must see for the fair.
